Membership Types

When you purchase your membership through eSoft, there are two ways to confirm payment.

1. eSoft sends a confirmation email. Please check your spam folders if you cannot find it in your Inbox.

2. You can also log into your eSoft account and check the status. Once you log in, hover over My Account and click My Memberships.

All of your purchased memberships will be displayed. Look for a membership bought for the current year. For example, the below screenshot shows the member renewed their annual dues in 2017 and 2018.

If Suspended Pending Payment is listed (see below), that means you elected to pay by check and you check has not been recorded in the system. We strive to record the checks within one week from receipt.

Individuals/families must pay within 10 days of notification or the individual/family will be passed over and not eligible to rent a membership for the remainder of the year.

IF YOU HAD A RENTAL MEMBERSHIP IN 2017, YOU MUST RE-REGISTER IF YOU WANT A 2018 RENTAL MEMBERSHIP.

No. A full membership includes use of all the facilities.

MSTC offers only one type of membership known as a Full Membership. However, Full Members may choose to rent their membership back to the Board. When those memberships are available, the Club grants privileges (referred to as a Rental Membership) to 1) individuals or families who are waiting to purchase a full membership or 2) home renters/tenants who are ineligible to purchase a full membership. Rental Memberships are offered to the next individual or family on the waitlist based on the date and time they were placed on the list. Finally, Partial Rental Memberships may become available July 15th if any Rental Memberships are not being used. (e.g., if a rental member permanently moves out of the neighborhood during the summer).

No. Full payment is due when you’re notified to purchase the membership.

Once the MSTC Membership Chair notifies you of an available membership, you will be provided a login and instructions to our eSoft Membership Management System. You will select “Purchase Certificate of Membership” from the list of memberships. You will have the option to pay with a credit card (for an added 2.5% convenience fee) or by check.

Average time on the waitlist to purchase a membership is 4-5 years.

Sell Membership

Email the Membership Chair at membership@mantuastc.org to indicate you wish to sell your membership. Please allow for 4-6 weeks to receive your payment of $1,100 from the Treasurer in the mail.

Owners

You will have to determine which person will maintain the ownership of the membership. Both owners must notify membership@mantuastc.org about who will maintain the membership.

Yes, you are the owner of the membership until you decide to sell it no matter where you live. Most people sell their membership or rent it out depending on their situation.

Depends. If you are a homeowner and you rent your house, you are able to rent your membership to your tenants. If your tenant declines to rent the membership, the Club will offer the rental membership to the next person on the wait list.

Guest Passes

Anyone who is not a family member of your household requires a guest pass regardless of whether they swim. Please note that the membership “family” includes all members residing in the household, including spouses, parents, minor children, grandparents living in the household, and employees who reside with the member (such as an au pair or nanny).

Guest passes can only be purchased through the eSoft Membership Management System (How-To). You can use your smartphone, tablet, or computer to access the site and purchase more passes. Guest passes CANNOT be purchased at the front desk.

When you purchase your annual membership, you have the opportunity to purchase up to 10 guest passes for $3 each. After that, guest passes are available for $5 each or $30 for 10 passes. All passes are bought through the eSoft Membership Management System (How-To).
