Please Note Our Minimum Requirements for Registration

• You and your children must be entered into our database •
• You must have paid your annual dues •
(note: please allow a few days for your payment to be received and processed)

• You must have logged into our Membership area and verified that all information is complete and correct •
This information includes:
your children's birthdates and genders
your home and other phone numbers
the name and phone for your emergency contact

... and very importantly,
while logged in, you must have checked the box that gives the Mantua Swim and Tennis Club
permission to act on your behalf in case there is an emergency
