MANTUA SWIM & TENNIS CLUB DUES NOTICE

Dear Mantua Swim and Tennis Club Owner,
We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season. Your board of directors is pleased to announce that there will be No Dues increase again this year. Annual dues are listed below and are due before April 1, 2018. Please log into our eSoft Membership Management System (click here or Member Login on the right sidebar) to complete your registration and submit payment. Your account will not be active until a payment has been received.
Dues Amount and Due Date
Payments must be postmarked by March 31 and sent to the below address. After March 31, rates will increase by $50 until April 15. After April 15, rates will increase by another $50.

Payment can be made by either check (mailed to the below address) or credit card. A 4% convenience fee will be added to the total price if you pay by credit card.

Remember that use of the facilities is contingent upon the Treasurer’s certification of payment. Dues must be paid by March 31, 2018 or include the appropriate late fee by the dates outlined above. Any member in default of dues is subject to suspension of membership with refund of share payment minus back dues/assessments. Refund is made only when membership is resold as per Article VI of the Bylaws. Questions regarding all payments should be sent to the treasurer at email@example.com.

If you forgot your username and password, try clicking “Forgot Password” on the website and enter the primary email address associated with your account. If that still doesn’t work, email your name, address, and share/bond number to firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.

We also encourage you to update your membership profile if you have experienced a change in your household situation, such as marriage, divorce, loss of family member, or adult children moving out. Adult children who no longer live at home may use the pool only as a paid guest, accompanied by the member.

Renting Membership Due to Job Relocation
Please contact Debra Lieberman at email@example.com if you’re renting out your membership due to job relocation out of the area (e.g., military, State Department).
Key Tags/Barcode Scanning
Barcode scanning will again be used this year at the pool front desk to check in all members and their guests. Your previous key tags are still valid. Prior to the pool opening, we will offer events to take pictures and issue new key tags for new members and anyone who lost their key tags. Stay tuned for that schedule.
During renewal of your membership, you will have the option to purchase up to 10 guest passes at a discount rate of $3 per pass. After that, guest passes can be purchased through eSoft for either $5 each or 10 for $30. Remember, all guest passes must be purchased through the eSoft Membership Management System and they do not expire.
If you are a MSTC Owner and have recently divorced, please contact Debra Lieberman at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the steps owners should do when they divorce.
